Terms Of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all services and products provided by Priscilla Makopa Coaching Limited (“I”, “me”, “my”).

By purchasing or accessing any services, programmes, coaching, or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Business Clients

All services, including 1:1 coaching, are provided for business and professional purposes.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and that the services are being used in connection with your trade, business, or profession.

3. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

1:1 coaching services
Group programmes (if applicable)
Digital products (including eBooks and downloads)
Online content and client portal access

4. Payments

4.1. All payments must be made in full or in accordance with any agreed payment plan.

4.2. Payment plans are legally binding. You agree to complete all instalments.

4.3. If any payment is missed:

Access to services may be suspended
Outstanding balances remain payable in full

4.4. I reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate.

4.5. All fees are non-transferable.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, all sales are final.

5.2. No refunds will be provided for:

Coaching services
Programmes
Digital products (including eBooks and downloads)

5.3. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Coaching Sessions (1:1)

6.1. You are responsible for booking and attending your sessions.

6.2. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

6.3. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.

6.4. Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe of your programme or package.

7. Access to Content

7.1. Access to any digital content, programme, or portal is provided for the lifetime of the product or service, meaning for as long as it remains available and supported.

7.2. I reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials, content, frameworks, and resources are my intellectual property.

8.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal business use only.

8.3. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
Share access with third parties
Record, republish, or resell content
Use materials for commercial resale or training others

9. Client Responsibilities

9.1. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

9.2. Coaching is a collaborative process and results are not guaranteed.

9.3. You agree to engage fully and take responsibility for your progress.

10. Disclaimer

10.1. All content and coaching are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

10.2. Nothing constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

10.3. You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

11. Confidentiality

11.1. Coaching conversations will be treated as confidential.

11.2. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

12. Behaviour

12.1. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive.

12.2. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of business or opportunity
Indirect or consequential losses

13.2. My total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services.

13.3. Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Changes to Services

I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services or content at any time.

15. General

15.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us.

15.2. I may update these Terms from time to time.

15.3. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

15.4. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
